What to expect from Libre during COVID19 Level 2

 

Wow has a lot has changed since March! Thank you so much for all the well wishes & support you have offered us over lockdown. We are super exited to reopen our doors look forward to seeing you again soon. Here is some information about how we will operate during level 2.

NEW HOURS & MENUS

Our open hours are now 11am -10pm Wednesday to Saturday, 11am-9pm Sunday. We have refreshed our menu and now also offer a limited takeout menu during open hours (see below).

BOOKINGS

To maintain physical distancing Libre will have less seating than normal. We now accept bookings and highly recommend doing so at libre.co.nz or call 062223555. Bookings are currently limited to no more than 2 hours and groups of no more than 10 and only only for dining purposes. Please do not mingle between tables.

CONTACT TRACING

To comply with Government requirements and keep everyone safe, all customers, staff and vendors must complete our contact tracing register on entry. We maintain a QR code and a physical register. Only customers completing the register will be allowed access Libre.

​

SERVICE

We will only be offering table service (no bar service) and staff will be deployed to sections. Please be patient with service over this time, we are doing this in the interest of public safety and limited cross contact.  Our strong preference is contactless payment, and this will be transacted at the table.

SOS CAFÉ

Big ups to the team at SOS Café. I you intend to redeem an SOS voucher, please let your server know.

TAKE AWAY ORDERS

Yes! we now do take-away when we are open- check it out our menu at libre.co.nz/menus  and call 062223555 to order.  Please don’t come inside to collect orders, we will have a space reserved outside to contactless collection, just make yourself known to staff when you arrive.

KEEPING YOU SAFE

We are taking extra precautions to ensure you and the rest of the community are safe at this time, including elevated hygiene and cleaning procedures and heightened attention to staff wellness.
