Our photo walls feature mostly contemporary women of Mexican descent who have achieved great things, for their contributions to arts and culture like Remedios Varo, Frida Kahlo, Maria Izquierdo and Joan Baez, to journalists & social justice campaigners like Dolores Huerta, Lydia Cacho, Carmen Aristegui, and chef Cristina Marinez, to founders of the “Los Patronas” charity the Romero Vazquez Sisters.
